Wonderful building that has been lovingly restored to the highest standard. Exceedingly polite friendly and helpful staff. I have seen some brilliant shows here and have never ever been disappointed. The yearly Christmas panto is absolutely the best and not to be missed. It has the perfect level of adult/ child entertainment and audience interaction/ participation all at an affordable price for the family. They bend over backwards to accommodate clientele with accessibility needs - with additional assistance to and from your seat to special performances. I cannot recommend this theatre enough - give it a try and im sure you will become a frequent visitor too.

Excellent venue. Hackney Central Station just around the corner on Mildmay Overground Line. Front of House & theatre staff very polite & helpful. Saw The Drifters and the performance, sound & lighting were terrific. Real Party atmosphere. Beautifully renovated decor and great view from our Dress Circle seats. I bought a round from Dress Circle Bar but the local pubs are nothing to recommend if you want pre show drinks. Baxters Court Wetherspoons (upstairs bar) was the best.

First panto I went to and I enjoyed it! Favourite characters were cinderella and the wicked stepsisters. Comfortable seats and pretty interior. Onsite bar with many options.

Great show and views, seating a little tight but manageable. Helpful polite staff, good range of bars and drinks. Quick and efficient entry
