At the Queensgate, we see meetings in the context of people’s communication needs and how they relate to the objectives users have set for the meeting. That’s why our meeting rooms are furnished with up-to-date communication tools, plus have built in flexibility to change to suit your agenda. This is complemented by our approach aimed at easing your organisational burden. That way, you have the opportunity maintain focus on what is important for your company and have productive meetings.

All rooms are air conditioned and come complete with white boards, a variety of “creative” props, flexible lighting, white paper and other accessories. As options, you may add the video conferencing suite, full or portable projection facility, TV quality recording of your meeting in which you control the cameras, or they can be manned, or set to auto.

Business Centre

We also have a range of value added services, the variety of which will surprise you. These include the services of experienced coaches who can facilitate more productive meetings; or behaviour profiling (DISC) for better teamwork, or pre-interview for better candidate selection. How can we provide such a wide variety of specialist services?

In two ways; the first is that the hotel hosts a Centre of Business and Personal Excellence and so affords us the services of experienced business coaches. The second reason is that hotel’s philosophy is to act as a conduit for networking for the local community – if we can’t do it ourselves, we normally know somebody who can!

Meeting facilities we can provide include:
•meetings rooms for 2 up to 60 in luxury theater style, or can accommodate more if delegates are hosted in standard chairs
•board room facilities for up to 5, 12, 35 delegates
•flexible communications hardware – wireless and wired net in multiple location in the room
•full projection facility, with capability of two computers connected to the projector, so you can switch between the main presenter and a secondary presenter
•portable screen and projector for added flexibility
•full air conditioning
•meet and greet facilities for your guests – you have your own receptionist!

    Very nice experience. Booked for 3 nights. Free car park, friendly staff, delicious hot cooked breakfasts. Everytime I need it something the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

    Our recent experience at The Queensgate Hotel & Conference Centre surpassed all our expectations. We were in a tight spot, as we had to find an alternate venue for our Entrepreneurs Circle Networking Meeting in Peterborough due to a last-minute cancellation. One phone call to the Queensgate Hotel, and Joanna swiftly booked us in for the very same day. Her swift action was nothing short of a lifesaver, and her warm welcome upon our arrival set the tone for an exceptional day. Joanna ensured the conference room was set up to our exact specifications. Her attentiveness and helpfulness shone throughout the day, making for a seamless experience for our group of 20. Our meeting was an unprecedented success, thanks to Queensgate Hotel. Venue changes can often be disruptive, but the high quality service and facilitation provided by Queensgate's staff not only mitigated any potential challenges, but enhanced our experience. Given our positive experience, we are thrilled to announce that Queensgate Hotel will be our new home for future networking meetings.     Didn't stay over night. but had a mother's day meal. Was really looking forward to nice homecook roast. But all of it was pre done and tasted like was frozen shop brought. The main part I was looking forward to was yorkshire pudding but they was tough and u couldn't even cut with a knife. 1st and very last time I'd be coming here. Really hope the food improves as you had good staff. Parking was good too. Had few people tell me about being desapointed with food. But thought I give it a go. Had to go shop and get drinks as supplied no kids drinks and a cheap bottle of lemmade and no decent coke zero or Dr pepper options.. Did get some funny looks that had to go to shop to get half the guest drinks. Very disappointed in the food would never eat there again.. Gave 3 stars as food was 0 but the service off the staff was very nice and polite.. And helpful.. And good parking. I hope the management take this on board as the place looked nice. Nice staff and the hotel looked nice. Just let down but the food.
