We went to the Student Night and it was soo good. It was Hip Hop Night and the music was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful and really good prices, especially for the entry. I don’t understand the negative reviews and really enjoyed the night.

Was there for John Digweed/Bedrock day/evening disco dance. Loved it, wished I could go out bopping more. Big box little box, cardboard box

The service and the Atmosphere was fine but I had a problem with people vaping in the club, with all these flavours and mixing together some of them make it almost toxic I can feel I’m breathing it in and it’s making me feel sick, I couldn’t even enjoy my drink. In most nightclubs security will tell people if they want to smoke or vape they should do it outside, security did not do it here if XOYO doesn’t have a vape policy they need to make one for health and safety.

Amazing gig by Corook and Blair Davie, but I'm reviewing the venue, which was atrocious. No locks on the toilet doors, no toilet seats. Staff didn't even know if there was an accessible toilet which we eventually located. Accessible door had to be renched open and closed because it got stuck. No toilet roll in the accessible toilet, despite the event only just starting. We emailed way in advance about seating because I'm disabled and can't stand for long periods of time, which they replied to saying to make ourselves known to staff members on arrival and they can help us. They made us stand at the back of the queue with no access queuing. This is honestly unheard of in most venues we've been to. We discovered there was an accessible entrance for wheelchair users, which we were not offered, despite me and the person in front both using a walking cane, had to walk up 1 flight of stairs, and down 2 flights to get into the venue. We then arrived to find no seating at all. There was a cut off section with a few wheelchair users and people with 2 chairs, nothing else. My partner went to find someone to get a chair and they asked for proof of disability. For a CHAIR. A saff member said we could sit at the back on the section next to the merch stall, which was essentially, sitting on the floor. My partner said we emailed weeks ago, no one said anything about providing proof to get a chair. Staff member said "well he must've been to the doctor or something" which was completely beside the point. We shouldn't be interrogated to get a seat, especially when we asked in advance and it was cleared that everything should be fine. They eventually bought over the most flimsy thing you've ever seen in your life, that had a broken back rest, because it was the last chair they had available, but only after coming over to essentially analyse me first before deciding to give me the chair. Just let people sit down!!! Finally, absolutely everything in that venue is old and sticky. It needs a major update and I will be avoiding this venue at all costs in future.

We booked our tickets beforehand for our friend’s birthday party; we queued for almost an hour but, unfortunately, no one was able to get in and were all sent away because their “ticket reading machine was not working”. It’s really a shame. No warning whatsoever before we got to the door.
