Ordered a voucher over the phone and spoke the Max Marriott. Absolutely brilliant customer service - incredibly helpful and polite and a great credit to the cinema. He should be commended!

Great cinema. I was downstairs for a showing of One From The Heart. I was drinking Abbeydale 'Moonshine' which is brilliant for a cinema to have. Good set up. I'll check future listings and be back!

Visited the cafe. Had a English breakfast. If you like ultra processed sausage and bacon that’s one step away from becoming carbon then this is the place for you. If not then avoid at all cost! And I mean cost as it’s expensive for what you get.

This Cinema treated my Son and his friends really badly. It says it is Student friendly, but they wouldn't honour Student tickets that were booked online even though they all had student IDs and made them pay again at full price. I complained through the link on the website, but got no reply. UPDATE: I did get a reply, but nothing has been resolved. I'm still disgusted with the Showroom.
