Set within a 250-acre Cotswold estate, Owlpen Manor is the perfect venue for any kind of get-together or celebration at all stages of your life and career. With beautiful surroundings, romance and absolute privacy, the venue can offer all you need for a wonderful, unforgettable party, wedding or away day. The venue’s fantastic team of professionals will work closely with you to design your very own bespoke package and will be on hand to take care of every detail.

We have a range of spaces for entertainment both inside and outside, which can be used for different purposes at different times of year. In our main barn venue the stunning pole barn is designed for fine dining for up to 120 people. It It is also regularly used for other purposes such as conferences, artists' retreat studio, yoga room, breakout space and ceilidh room. Next door to it, the Cyder Barn is an ideal space for dining for up to 50 people. It also has a bar area, and there is a cosy apartment on the upper floor, along with a beauty room next to it.

In the manor house itself, the Great Hall is an historic, intimate setting for small group gatherings, fine dining experiences, drinks parties and history tours.

Owlpen offers a number of beautiful locations within the estate for outdoor events. The extensive gardens and grounds provide lots of opportunities for marquees, drinks parties, breakout zones and reflection in nature. The wild swimming lake has an area next to it which is great for barbecues in the great outdoors.

The estate boasts nine holiday cottages which can be exclusively hired for up to 40 guests, and we have ample space for additional camping/ glamping epxeriences.  The estate offers plenty of parking on-site.

Our in-house event planning team can arrange all sorts of outward bound experiences from nature walks to horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, gliding and history tours. Please ask the team for more inspiration!

    My wife and I got married at Owlpen last year and the minute we arrived Hugo, Luke and Bella, made us feel incredibly welcome and immediately took the stress away, which meant we really could enjoy the quiet time before everyone arrived and our night before the wedding with family and friends . On the day Hugo and Luke went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and everything was taken care of so that we didn't really have to think about logistics at all. Really importantly though, the Owlpen Team were all so warm, caring, professional but at the same time made us laugh throughout the day and made the day so fun. It really felt like we were in the capable hands of good friends. The wider team such as the cleaning team did a wonderful job ensuring it was all immaculate and the bar/catering staff were excellent as well. All of our friends had a wonderful time and commented on how lovely the staff and venue were and how comfortable and looked after they felt. The venue and surroundings are breathtaking and the whole place just feels so private and special. I loved sitting with a cuppa the night before by myself in the bridal suite listening to the Owls outside, magical! We had a perfect weekend, thanks all! x

    We got married at Owlpen Manor on 2nd December and we had the best wedding weekend! It makes such a difference having the whole weekend so you can set up and enjoy the amazing venue before the day. We can’t express how amazing the team were at Owlpen, so incredibly friendly, professional and relaxed. A special mention to Bella and Theo who coordinated the wedding, they were both fantastic. Really put us at ease and made sure the day ran smoothly. We can’t recommend Owlpen enough, a beautiful venue, the best atmosphere and wonderful people. Tom & Alice
