Four days at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross and I have nothing but good things to say. The property is clean, well-organized, and runs smoothly — exactly what you want when you’re in an unfamiliar city. But the real highlight was the bar. The service there was genuinely outstanding, and I have to give a special shout-out to Desta, who served our group with class, warmth, and real care. That kind of hospitality is rare — she made us feel like guests, not just customers. Employees like Desa are the reason people come back. He deserves every bit of recognition. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting London. Great location, great staff, great experience overall.

The rooms overall are clean, comfy and relaxing. Had no problems with the room, the air con worked perfectly and the beds were really comfy. The services was quick and friendly. When it comes to requesting a few things for the room it was easily done by staff members and they always had a smile. What topped it off with the stay was the bar staff who made the night more friendly and comfortable. I don't want to point them out but Lewis and Saakshi was a delight. With laughter and conversation they made the night. Would not recommend them enough. Get yourself over to the Hilton for a comfy and enjoyable stay

Mimi provided exceptional service during our visit. Even though the lounge was extremely crowded and close to closing, she went out of her way to ensure my family was able to get something to eat before it closed. When there was nowhere for us to sit, she kindly made accommodations for us, which we greatly appreciated. Mimi truly went above and beyond, and she was especially warm and friendly with my two children. Her kindness and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression on our family.
