DoubleTree By Hilton London Islington, The Myddleton Suite

I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel had everything I needed, and it was clear that the staff cared about creating a welcoming experience. Everyone at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was always happy to help. Breakfast was something I looked forward to each morning, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. I also spent time in the executive lounge, which had a nice variety of drinks and snacks throughout the day. A special thank you to Mimi. She has such a kind heart and truly cares about her guests. She went out of her way to help whenever she could, and her thoughtfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s people like her who make a hotel feel welcoming, and I’ll remember her kindness long after my trip.

Great hotel but Mimi and Pawan is the best!!! She even remembered us from our last stay at this hotel a year ago. Now that is a caring person who loves her job. Overall this hotel's location is great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There are restaurants and a bar Food is very good and staff is very atteive to guest's needs.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s close to several bus stops, and King’s Cross station is only a short walk away, so getting around London was really easy. The room itself was decent and the bed was comfortable enough. Everything worked fine, so no major complaints there. The breakfast, though, was a bit disappointing. We stayed for a few days, and it was pretty much the exact same selection every morning. The food wasn’t bad, but I was hoping for a little more variety. The reception staff were okay. They weren’t rude, but they also didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly. It felt more like they were just doing their job and nothing more. Housekeeping was probably the biggest letdown. They would make the bed and clean the bathroom, but the room didn’t really feel properly cleaned. Our trash wasn’t always emptied, and things like the iron or hair dryer were left wherever we had used them instead of being put back. It felt more like a quick tidy-up than a proper room clean. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but for the price we paid, I honestly expected better service and attention to detail, especially from a DoubleTree by Hilton. The location is great, but I don’t think the overall experience matched the price.
