Had an absolutely fantastic time at Hard Rock Cafe. Just everything about our visit was perfect. The size of the portions were plentiful, the atmosphere lively, but above all, the level of service and friendliness were exceptional, which is often lacking in such larger commercial dinning venues. The level of customer service continued to the Rock Shop which we visited when leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit here and we’ll definitely be visiting when we return to London in a few weeks time.

We had a great experience at the Hard rock cafe in Piccadilly Circus. The atmosphere is of course really nice (if you are passionate about music). The service was great and the food (hamburgers, sandwiches, bruschetta and salads) was really good. The restaurant is downstairs (on the ground floor there is the Hard rock cafe shop) I definitely recommend this place.

My wife, two children and I, dropped in for a drink and maybe a small snack. Only seats at the bar were available but this was fine. The staff at the bar were busy but friendly. Only a drinks menu was available to us at the bar, so we skipped food. The prices were standard London prices at about £7 a pint. There were a few beer options but not a big ales range. Kids had mocktails of which there were only 3 to choose from. We loved the atmosphere & looking around at all the showbiz memorabilia around the restaurant area. Restaurant was on the basement floor, which we accessed via a large staircase. Not sure if there was a lift for disabled access? We may return in the future to try the food when I will review again with more pictures of the food and confirm if there is a lift!
