March 2024So we came in briefly en route to a dear friends funeral. I rudely but unintentionally said this is better than a motorway service station. We’d travelled 150 miles. Give the lovely woman serving at the bar a pay rise. She was so hospitable and welcoming. And the delicious ham cheese and tomato panini was the best either of us had ever had served with a little salad. Bluebell panini will be the future benchmark! Just a shame we live so far away. February 2024We stopped off today on our way back from the Three Counties Tractor show with our puppy and received a very warm welcome. Charming little pub, great food and even treats for our pup. Lovely staff. Would definitely return.
