February 2024Perfect location for a hotel. Person at the front desk was friendly and did her best to get us a room with a view. Parking is really handy. Bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet

January 2024Amazing overnight stay! Decor in room slightly tired but huge space, very comfortable and clean. Reception and breakfast staff super friendly. The best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Our dog was treated to his own bowls, bed and goodie bag in room. He even got his own sausage at breakfast! Thanks again for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely be back.

January 2024Beautiful Hotel and comfortable rooms. Lovely bar for drinks and also has a restaurant for food ! Bar staff were really friendly! They could teach the reception a thing or two ! Definitely be back

January 2024Start with the highlights it's a lovely location. If you want near the city though this isn't for you. Victoria on reception was amazing, great service, the 3 stars are for her. The restaurant was definitely a let down, the staff didn't know the menu, the menu no vegan options which is not really acceptable in this day and age. Rooms are tired.Would I stay again no!

March 2024The hotel is in a great location for wandering. The hotel didn't live up to our expectations. The room hadn't been cleaned properly and when we went to dinner it failed miserably. Someone at a table near us referred to it as Faulty Towers. However one regular guest did comment that standards had slipped in the last month or so.
