I had dinner with 3 others and then stayed the night, with breakfast in the morning. Location... Rural, glorious, full of quirky things, such as old vehicles... Interesting! Service was friendly, prompt and helpful. Food: very good pub grub. Well cooked and presented. My room was spacious and clean but a little tired. Like me. The need was fine. Breakfast, very good! Newspapers available if you like. So, I strongly recommend this place... Nice for a night away especially for walkers.

Sure a wonderful place to go for a wedding or such like events. We were there only yesterday / today for our good friends wedding. In fact it was our wedding anniversary the same day at the same location. Mini and her fantastic team couldn't be more professional and helpful if they tried. 5 stars all the way 6 if I'd be allowed. Go and get the amazing experience. Accommodation was excellent too. We stayed in the Hazel Bury suite as an anniversary treat. Thanks everyone.

The wedding day was wet and windy so the break between service and meal couldn't be moved outside as usual. With this, the staff were fantastic, moving tables, chairs, dividers, rearranging an area for photos to make the best of it. Cannot fault them. The barn itself is beautiful and a perfect location. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. A perfect place for a wedding.

Perfect for a stopover. An interesting location with a small river running through. You will not be disappointed here.

Went here for a formal dinner, the food and service was excellent. I also booked a room for the night ( to partake in a little alcoholic beverage) . The room was immaculate, more like a suite, apart from no kitchen. The bed was really comfortable, and parking was available outside the room. Super value for money
