Big thanks to Leah — she was incredibly kind and helpful! I was a member at Spacemade Putney and recently decided to end my membership, just because it turned out to be a bit too far for me to get to regularly. I wanted something closer to home. When wrapping things up, I accidentally bought extra day passes through the portal. I didn’t realise that bookings weren’t needed, I was just doing what I was used to from my previous co-working space, where pre-booking was required. Leah sorted everything out with so much care. She explained the process, arranged a refund, and made the whole situation stress-free, even though it was clearly my mistake. Really grateful for the support. I definitely recommend Spacemade Putney, not just for the workspace, but for the people behind it.
