May 20241. Service was very Welcoming - especially Ms Alice at the front desk who checked us in/out. 2. Family room was just perfect and comfortable - beds could have been a little better. 3. Location is 5 mins by DLR to the Tower Bridge - value for money. Overall a perfect first time London family outing for us !!

April 2024Neat hotel - excellent price/quality ratio. The staff is nice, the room and bathroom are clean, the bed is comfortable and big. Metro near the hotel (5 min). The journey to the city center takes about 20 minutes, the ticket is inexpensive, because the hotel is located in the second zone (close to the central part of the city) Buffet table for breakfast. The selection of food is not large, but there is a lot of it and you can have a full meal. The windows faced the inner courtyard, it was quiet, no street noise could be heard. The minus of the hotel is the staff serving breakfast. Worked slowly. Both the staff cleaning the tables and serving the food. It was annoying, but it is not an essential criterion when choosing a hotel. There are more advantages than disadvantages.

May 2024We stayed for 5 nights. From check in through check out, staff was friendly and did all they could to make our stay even better. The hotel is located near a DLR station, some 5 minutes by car from Tower Bridge/London Tower, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again.
