June 2024I stayed for a few days and, to be honest, I have nothing to complain about. - The staff is very friendly and lovely! - The location is good, nearby multiple bus stations and convenience stores. However, it's worth noting that at night, you might hear a police car passing by every 10 to 15 minutes. But, having walked around every night, everyone I met was cool. - The room was clean, and the cleaning service did an awesome job in our room. For my trip, the hotel stay was perfect—10/10.

July 2024Clean comfortable room, which is my number one priority! Breakfast was plentiful and nicely varied. Staff were courteous and helpful. The website says they have laundry facilities but they do not. You have to send your clothes out to get them cleaned as there are no washers or dryers at the hotel. Pretty easy to get to public transport. The area is a tiny bit sketch, but I guess that’s London. A good hotel for the price.

August 2024We're having a wonderful stay here! The rooms are lovely, with a huge TV and great breakfast included. Simona and Alice were especially helpful and friendly at the reception desk. All of our queries were answered well + met with a smile. Highly recommend a stay here!

July 2024Staff service level esp by the front desk people Alice and Frank were simply excellent. They were always willing to help guests and showed a lot of patience when giving directions. We've stayed in several 5 star hotels in a few countries but these two were better trained insofar as meeting the guests' expectations. Location wise, the hotel is strategically located particularly insofar as the train station is concerned. Only area for improvement is the food selection for breakfast. Making 1or 2 changes will be a big plus esp for guests staying several days. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

July 2024Absolutely phenomenal stay, helped us with anything and everything we needed and with a smile! Was a pleasure to have this experience in London with them! Frank and Alicia were particularly special, they handled us with care and I honestly felt like I was staying at a family member or friends house, truly humbled by how hard they work! and how helpful their dispositions always remained, no matter how early in the morning or late at night! And the breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I’ve had if not the best, absolutely amazing guys! Very, very satisfied.
