The Reigate London Road Centre is located close to the ruins of Reigate Castle and a short distance from Reigate town centre. The centre, which is housed in a modern three-storey brick building, is occupied mainly by small and medium sized businesses such as those working in IT, insurance, law, shipping and media. The surrounding area is home to several blue chip companies including international pharmaceutical firms, insurance companies and media and healthcare companies. Reigate itself is a wealthy market town with an abundance of small independent shops, bars and restaurants which give it a more of a village than a town atmosphere. The centre is also close to Priory Park, a large park with a serene lake and a huge wooded area with abundant wildlife.

The space is 13 sqm.

4 of out of the 5 boilers are broken in the office. In a energy crisis where everyone is struggling, you would expect an office to have sufficient heating. My team have to sit in the office with coats on. The heating valves are turned off in the office and I've seen teams of offices leave because it is so cold. The portable heaters they provide are great as a short term solution, but it's like an assault course in my office (trip hazards everywhere). They have rejected invoices to fix the boilers and leave us paying an incredible amount of rent. They are quick to sell you office space to expand but the minute something goes wrong, it's not their issue to deal with. The cleaners are non existent. I've had 2 offices and the first time I moved in, it was like this below.
