So much fun, so much to see and do. Didn't get to do everything this trip so will definitely be back. Can't recommend highly enough. The attention to detail was phenomenal, the food was quickly prepared and delicious as well as reasonable prices, great drinks too. Best of all were all the actors/staff... They were all sooo so good. Probably one of my favourite things I've ever done 🖤

I had a great time visiting Phantom Peak! Loads of fun doing different trails and puzzles. The main highlight for me though was that they had gluten free, coeliac/celiac safe food options!!! There’s a whole gluten free menu, a separate fryer for gf fries, and food comes out flagged gluten free. I checked with the staff and they have cross contamination protocols in place. It was amazing to be able to eat with my friends and enjoy the full Phantom Peak experience. 10/10 recommend!

Journalist Accredited Review 2024 What a far out and splendid experience! We arrived not knowing quite what to expect. Upon arrival we were greeted by actors who could actually act - this was great! Next they set you up on your phone and work out which is the best quest for you/your group. There were many trails to choose, which meant guests did not have to queue for long anywhere. We then embarked upon this brilliantly designed new world, consisting of an old and new town - very fun and quizzy. It was a ‘trail’ through what was not dissimilar to a huge interactive Escape Room. There were many times during the evening that we just belly laughed - it was really such an enjoyable experience and everyone was friendly. To top it off, the food was tasty and drinks creative. Well done Phantom Peak et al!

There is so much to do here. The quests are interesting and the storyline is well thought out. The actors are brilliant and entertaining. There are additional tasks to do alongside your own quests for example I was happy to join in the hook a platypus game!! Food and drink is reasonably priced for London and great quality. You can easily use up the 4 hour time slot. We went in the evening as we thought there would be less children and we were right. If you want to return at another time you know which quests you have already done as a card is given to you with the number on once you complete it. There is a lot of walking. The tasks are a mixture of games, talking to robots and speaking with characters. The steam punk vibe was great and there was lots of space to get around.100% recommend and will be back in the summer to do more.

Really enjoyable. It’s like a lot of mini treasure hunts…sometimes you’re talking to one of the characters in the town, and then another time you’re typing coded messages in. Time flies when you’re there! There is food, it’s fast food kinda stuff, so don’t expect to go there to eat if you’re on a diet! Lots of drink selections too. You get a little card each time you complete a challenge (be warned, they’re fairly long!)
