Welcome to Hayne House, a purpose-built and versatile venue set in Kent’s countryside, with a heartfelt commitment to sustainability. Whether you are looking to host a glamorous gala dinner, an awards ceremony or a quiet place for a non-tech team building day, our orangery and picturesque grounds are the perfect backdrop for your event. We cater for up to 120 sit down and 150 standing. We also have the coy Hunting Lodge for smaller parties under 20.

January 2024As a wedding supplier it is rare to find a venue that is not only stunning and basking in gorgeous natural light but to be managed by such knowledgeable and helpful staff. As a cake maker in the summer months the placement and ‘safety’ of a wedding cake is of the upmost priority - hayne house couldn’t have done more for myself or the bride and groom I was working for, from providing a larger table, putting out additional treat items for the couple and most importantly providing a screen and being willing to move the cake should the weather become to much. Truly industry experts and perfectionists through and through. I hope to return soon and would recommend this venue to any couple or supplier. Have a viewing you won’t be disappointed! Not only is it a stunning venue and location, the staff are very helpful and friendly - especially Ella… she is absolutely fantastic, and if you have her assist your wedding day you should have no worries because she is brilliant. The venue staff are very organised and have great communication when it came to the planning of the wedding and answering my million questions.
