Great quality paella in the heart of London. They offer a variety of paellas. I went with big group, which means I was able to try several, including: black ink, rabbit, and Mediterranean fish paellas. Service was excellent, the restaurant looks amazing including the upstairs bar, you can see the kitchen and it looks great, and the overall ambience was very welcoming. The reason why I did not give it five stars was because of the price. It is true it is a very good quality paella, but even the most basic paella needs to be ordered for two people and will cost you just over £56 with service charge. I am not a chef, but I have cooked many decent quality paellas. And I have always managed to make them for around £5 for 2 people with a generous amount of organic chicken thighs. I understand this is the restaurant of a world renowned chef with three Michelin stars in his main restaurant in Spain, but I cannot see how this justifies a price 10 times the cost. Even the cheapest white wine was around £57 with service charge. We got charged a whopping £4 per alioli sauce! Overall therefore I think the main stopper of coming back to this restaurant would be the price. Other than that it was a wonderful, well recommended experience.

We had a fantastic meal at Arros. The concept is great and the food was very tasty. The service was amazing - the staff were very knowledgable and helpful in selecting the right dishes and wine. We were not at all rushed (which can be hard to come by in London) and had a great evening as a result.

While the food is good, it is NOT worth the price. Please note that should you order the paella, in the top right corner of the menu in super small fine print, it says that it's charged per person. So you're basically paying double for the food. I have no problem spending a lot of money on food and do it regularly. But I feel absolutely ripped off, due to a lack of transparency. Shame on you.

Wow! Know we know what the fuss is about! Out of this world setting, impeccable decor and service but the food! Incredibly tasty and thoughtfully prepared. Exquisite. Highly recommend.

Nice concept with the open kitchen and the fire that the paellas are prepared on. The food was good, the tartar was great, the paella was OK, probably the weakest dish we had in the meal, but still tasty. What was weird is that the evening menu (39 pp) only fit 2 or 4(as our waiter explained after we order). As we were 3 we paid for 3 people but got almost the same as 2 people would have got (plus one starter, that basically cost £39), a very weird model, I guess come in even groups :)
