March 2024Exceptional! So pleased with our stay here the team are brilliant. We had great service and many smiles. Breakfast was perfect and room comfy. Great shower. also very quiet room. Will be back for sure when we fly from Luton again. Thanks to the whole team at Holiday Inn Luton ❤️

March 2024Great hotel if you just need a place to sleep. The rooms are clean, beds are great and the bathroom is sufficient with just a shower. Obviously being next to an airport can cause some noise but the rooms are properly isolated. Breakfast starts 3:30AM for those early flights. All in all, good value for money.

February 2024Honestly, great hotel. The rooms were clean and warm which is so so important and am glad it was such way. The staff were very helpful and kind. The food is really not bad! There’s also a city bus right outside the hotel to the airport. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant, considering how tired we were ☺️ i recommend!

January 2024AMAZING STAFF - Great location, near the airport, and not far from the motorway. Not over-priced for the location. The Staff in Particular are what makes this special. Any issues you have, they will try their best to rectify & help in anyway they can. IT has been especially nice to see them deal with foreign customers stopping over. Even with language barriers, they are patient and helpful. The place is always clean, attentive and patient cleaners (come back later to clean rooms, or part clean). They have several options for food, and deliveroo is available to, which they are fine with. Reasonably priced bar which is 24 hours. If you are an IHG member, the staff show you why it is you should be one. The Staff are happy to explain anything, and do great. Amy & Charlotte come to mind especially for theirs assistance. BUT ALL the Female staff, Can't fault a single one. The operations manager and Tyler, fantastic. This is a must stay. Great Parking to.

March 2024Maybe just a bad day.... but just a smile would be helpful. Reception was helpful but clearly under pressure from a faulty key reader with multiple guests coming back. Reception then starting to get snappy as more came back struggling to get Into rooms. Bar service was what tipped it over the edge. Served by a young girl, she was struggling to stay awake and honestly, I was too at the speed of service. No awareness of who was coming to the bar, I was the only person at the bar at one point and still got served second. Witnessed the customer ordering 3 separate times and ending up being given chili Crisps for free as couldn't be bothered to enter it into the till a 3rd time. Had a good yawn in my face before looking through me, took my order and got short with me when could not understand my room number. Also repeated my name to me once gave number, so even if I made the room number up, would know the name of who to charge. Then walked off to deal with a complaint on the phone for room service and another waitress (friendly) said would bring the drink over, which never came until after my starter and a prompt. Bad day at the office I feel, shame as a regular IHG user.... worse experience in a mile and total opposite to the Swindon branch last night
