Wedding Photographers Review One of my favourite venues. It's classy, it's gorgeous, it has a great flow for your wedding day. The staff are fantastic and it is the most elegant hotel with the most gorgeous decor. It's a joy to photograph here. Well done team, fantastic work!

We highly enjoyed an afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches, scones, cakes and tea. The service was top notch as well. An excellent experience all around. I wasn't keen on the £9.50 service charge that was snuck onto the bill. Although we will definitely visit again.

Lovely but a little strange strange Easter weekend spent at Ellenborough park. While the grounds, rooms and food were absolutely incredible, our experience with the staff throughout was very disappointing. From the confused and stressed out man at reception who couldn’t figure out how to book us in for dinner that evening, to the shouting barman who bellowed across the bar restaurant to the waiter that he was approaching the wrong table, which we felt was unnecessary and very stressful for everyone in the room. We were cut 10 minutes short from our spa treatment because no one was at the desk, and we were left waiting for quite some time. They didn’t seem to expect us to arrive for some reason. We then had to wait until 10:45pm for our very expensive dinner on our last night because our waiter didn’t put our order through until we followed up after an hour of waiting. We didn’t end up enjoying it as we were so starving by that point. Basically, we had a great time but it was definitely negatively affected by our experiences with the staff throughout. We were left quite frustrated and disappointed with how things were handled most of the time. For the cost of the day, we would have expected things to be managed and handled with more professionalism and care. This doesn’t include our experience with Kevin, who was amazing and professional and made us feel very taken care of. Everyone should be like Kevin
