January 2024We had a wonderful stay in one of the 2BHK flats there with a graceful landlord. The building was good in terms of energy efficiency as we hardly used our heating. The water supply had interrupted twice I the 2 years stay and was quickly fixed. The building was well protected by the security who are adored by most of the inmates. We had never faced any difficulty there during our stay. But towards end of 2022, the building became bit unsecure as the security were asked to leave by the new management committee. Also the lift got broken quite frequently and took a long time to fix and then we decided to move out. The car parking was a bit tricky - in terms of infrastructure it was exceptional except that it was accessible to everyone as there was a broken barrier to the car park. There were times where the car park becomes full as all of it is not numbered and outsiders or friends/ family of inmates park.
