Good location and very welcoming staff, but that isn’t all it takes for a pleasant stay. £300 per night isn’t the best value but it certainly isn’t unusual. What is unusual is charging £15 per hour for pool access which wasn’t made clear at tile of booking, or £6.50 for a 330ml beer. Breakfast was very enjoyable but also the smallest portions I have seen at a hotel. I couldn’t shake the feeling I was being ripped off which marred an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Spent two nights here with a friend in October 2021. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, the room was lovely and the spa was fantastic. Well located for Leamington Spa town centre too!

I’ve stayed there twice with my daughter, and both were excellent. Staff are friendly and I have to say the food is amazing! The work that the chef and his team put into delivering the food is unbelievable! Thank you so much!

Lovely Afternoon Tea. Beautiful house and surrounding garden. Polite and friendly staff. One small minor, that the tables were too close together so you felt a little like you were having tea with strangers.

Just returned from a 2 night say with Spa Treatments and the taster evening. We had a great stay, beautiful gardens and facilities. Food and drinks all excellent. I do have to say that Molly and Danny from the bar / restaurant are amazing also Lauren from reception, all a true credit to the company. We wouldn't hesitate in returning or recommending.
