February 2024This Harlow one has plenty of leg room but the seats are very narrow. My daughter said the most popular films get put into screen 1 as there are more seats. Personally I would rather pay more and be comfortable. Tried to get a hot dog just as we were going in. Come back in 10 minutes. We gave it 15, still not ready. Finally 40 minutes later they were cooked. Only taking off the 1 star due to the narrow seats and the long wait for the hotdog 🌭.

One odd thing I would mention, is that me and my two sons went into Screen 1, and it was total TOTAL darkness, genuinely could not see you hand infront of your face 🤣🤣🤣. No sure if this was a saying energy thing… but we just sat in total darkness for 15 mins before the film.
