Tencreek can offer more than great Looe and Polperro holidays; we also offer venue hire for events and other uses, providing accommodation as well as the room itself. We can host business functions, private parties, wedding receptions and even large charity events.
Castaways has a licensed capacity to seat up to 550 people or more should an event require more seating. Our fully-licensed bar and restaurant offers a range of drinks and pub-style food or buffet option. The kitchen is available for use by established outside caterers, should the event demand.
We have a large screen projector along with WiFi and PC screen connectivity, radio microphones and an in-house sound system. Prices will suit your budget, whether you require room-only hire or a complete party package. Call our dedicated events manager .

Just spent a few days here as part of the Kernewfornia festival in Looe and thoroughly enjoyed myself! Spotlessly clean facilities, friendly and accommodating staff, good size pitches (we had a campervan) and very well organised. We booked a swimming pool slot Saturday but decided it was a bit too busy and full of children and seeing as we were a bit hungover decided it wasn’t a good idea 😜 I also found a very soggy dog wandering around the site late on Saturday night seemingly a bit lost, the security staff were great though and hopefully dog and owner have been reunited. The location is great, 25 minute yomp into Looe but bussed it back. Didn’t sample the clubhouse nor shop this time but I’m sure we will if we go back which I hope we do. All in all a great experience, thank you 🤩

Fantastic Stay! We had a great experience during our 8-night stay on a non-electric pitch. The weather was lovely throughout, which made everything even better. Evening entertainment was excellent—Rachel did a fantastic job and was always polite and helpful. The toilets were consistently clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. Restaurant prices were reasonable, and there’s plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our weeks stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful with fields on one side and the sea on the other. It was nice and quiet (apart from the odd cow here and there but we didn't mind), it was safe and had great on site facilities. Shower/toilet blocks were kept clean at all times. 1* for the room was only because we stayed in a tent and not a room. It was a great base camp for us and would definitely visit again

After a 6 hour drive and paying an early check in fee entering a caravan that was absolutely filthy is not what you want!! The caravan absolutely stunk and have 0 maintenance to it at all. The carpets were foul, smelly and stains all over. Which yes I get happens but where is the regular maintenance such as cleaning of the carpets and the upholstery every couple of months! Freezer compartment needed to be cleaned. Fat and grease marks down the oven front. Grease on top of the extractor. Personally if this is called “Clean” someone needs to review the cleaning standards Sky on reception was most helpful and got us moved which was great as I could not have slept in the caravan the way it was. Very polite and understanding. However I did ask for my early check in fee to be refunded as we ended up sitting in the onsite pub while we waited for the other caravan to be ready. A week later and still no response on this refund or debited to my account. We have stayed twice on the site now 1st time in our tourer and all I have to say is the shower block was cleaner than the first static caravan we were given. We love the site and location but this has definitely put a damper on it now.
