Really nice caravan park overlooking the sea, just outside Looe which is lovely. We had a nice caravan called a sunrise. Comfortable with everything you would expect. The club house is not very big but when we were there at Christmas it was easy to find seating. Receptionists are great very easy check-in and if you needed anything they were very helpful.

Ideal location. Stayed in January so park did not look its best as may do in summer. Touring facilities toilets&showers were clean, well maintained, warm. Laundry & washing up rooms available also. Staff helpful. Good hard standing pitches.

Booked in for an 80s tribute weekend. Complete waste of money. £290 for two people for three nights. Caravan had no essentials loo roll, washing up liquid etc, unless i forked out more hard earned cash. Tributes acts were woeful with the exception of ELO, Whitney and the SKA band. Got robbed at the expensive bar. The bar also closed at 3pm daily so no other venue to enjoy a drink. Poorly organised and complete waste of money. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Smallish site with pool and playground We were Supposed to be in an upgraded van but it was poor, it smelt strongly of smoke and the beds were shocking. I've stayed in some dives, youth hostels and all sorts but I've never had such an uncomfortable night's sleep. Not great to be in a smokey caravan with children with asthma. £400 for a week and no toilet roll or bin bags provided. Certainly nothing like the premium van 51 on the Tele. Bed sheets were all ripped although very clean. Van was spotlessly clean although I did find a small bit of mold. The view from the van was very good. Pool was good, although booking system and quite cold. I did have to come out after 20 mins because I was pretty cold. Bar etc was very clean and new looking, although not many windows, usual site meals etc. Shop was good and good opening hours. Beach is nice although a steep walk through fields, and is only accessible at high tide. Bus stop outside to Looe or polperro. Can't really fault the location. You can walk along the costal path to Looe or polperro. We stayed here because it was supposed to be a bit upmarket. Never again sadly. Feel a bit ripped off to be honest. Had to wash all our clean clothes when we got home. Plenty of motorhomes and caravans on site as well. Felt very safe for the children. Site nicely spaced out. Just a shame the caravan wasn't adequate.
