A must visit when in Norwich. Beautiful heritage building. I love to 😌 relax in the bar Beautiful wooden paneling. Always a good quality real ale on. Lots of other good rooms as well. Happy 😊Days. Highly Recommended.

Met here for nostalgic purposes for a drink with old school friends. Long gone is the bar that used to serve 100's of people on a Friday and Saturday night. It's now just a snug bar that feels like it nods to the past. Service is traditional and friendly. I only drank beer which was good. Bar looked well stocked. Good place to meet up with a relatively small crowd.

Excellent hotel bed and room comfortable and exceptionally clean. They even left me a birthday card and some sweets. Breakfast was cooked superbly using quality ingredients. Excellent location. Staff efficient but very friendly too. Overall an excellent birthday treat. Will definitely recommend to friends. Looking forward to visiting again soon .

Really enjoyable stay. Food was first class, breakfast was perfect and the service second to none Very attentive staff. Room was very comfortable too. Would definitely come again

I am so pleased to say,they are back to their best. The breakfasts were great and the staff were accommodating, and always. Their reception staff are fabulous and housekeeping are so friendly and helpful. We are going back in December. My one goal will some day stay Xmas Eve and Christmas day.
