January 2024I did not stay at the hotel but my daughter and I came for breakfast as there is little choice in Norwich at 7:30am. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the breakfast service including a warm welcome, efficient service and a great price. The front desk staff was also very helpful with some requests. As a result of this positive experience, we will definitely stay here next time.

January 2024Beautiful 800 year-old hotel in the centre of Norwich, next to the cathedral. Staff very polite and friendly. Afternoon tea superb and well worth trying. Some of the rooms are breathtaking! Highly recommend.

January 2024Beautiful hotel in a great location right by the cathedral. Junior suite rooms are fantastic. We stayed in the Shardlake suite which directly looks to the road. Looking forward to trying their other luxury rooms. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Hotel is well run and the restaurant is worth the recommendation. We'll come back again!

December 2023Fabulous room (number 2 @ £248/night including breakfast and parking). Staff great but breakfast average. At breakfast was told only buffet available, other tables told they could order off the breakfast menu (found this out after i had eaten). My buffet was cold and so asked a manager to warm it up, he did but was most annoyed by being asked. Still 4 star as room was great but not sure we'll return as breakfast was a shambles and had just experienced fabulous service at Barnham Broom Golf.
