Beautifully and tastefully decorated, both outside and in, which made the Christmas dinner even more festive. Came with family. The food was lovely but the service went above and beyond and our waitress, Jessica, was very attentive and polite, even though there was a slight delay with our food ( I guess to be expected considering how busy it was). Will definitely return.

Held my husband's Memorial Buffet in Bay Room. Beautiful room, beautiful view enhanced by sunny day. Helpful pleasant staff from initial telephone booking onwards. Buffet good varied selection and very tasty. A very uplifting afternoon.

Had my birthday meal there last night and it seems to be the place for birthdays since we sang Happy Birthday four times 😊 Had an issue finding the entrance because I’ve never been there before (the main entrance is in the car park). My party was seven. The table we were given was massive and not very intimate. It could have been smaller and it was hard to speak to everybody. The service was generally very good. Small issue where the lead waitress was telling me you only get one slice of toast for the pate despite putting two slices on the serving plate and that was supposed to be for two guests. One slice is not enough and was quite surprised at being told that. It was rectified and I suspect what I was told was due to human psychology rather than the policy of the hotel. A large error was made with two of my guests only getting one plate to share but this was again rectified quickly but shouldn’t have happened. They’re also a bit pushy on drinks and get the impression they are told to sell drinks. This is a very poor policy at this level. The reason I say this is that a waitress seemed dismayed when the drinks stopped. The food redeemed the restaurant however which was delicious throughout the meal. No burger option though and you can’t take the burger from the Brasserie menu because they’re prepared in different kitchens and probably makes getting everyone’s meal out at the same time difficult but they failed on three main in that regard anyway so wouldn’t have made much difference waiting a few minutes for a burger to arrive. The menu itself is comprehensive but also limited. There is a good selection but certain items missing like burgers from the “Grill” section of the menu. Can’t fault the quality of the food at all. Service was quick and attentive. Any errors were rectified without quibble (apart from the bread issue). Would I go back? Yes absolutely, because it has the human element that is missing from the transactional approach of many restaurants these days. They care and you feel like a guest which is priceless really. Hence the five stars despite a few small errors.

We visited the Roslin Beach Hotel for dinner. The service was faultless throughout our meal and the quality of the cocktails were very good indeed. Our food arrived promptly, but not too promptly and was all very nice indeed. However, the chicken portion and a couple of the starters seemed considerably smaller than the other dishes that some of us had ordered. Considering the central London prices, we did not feel that we'd had good value for money (£50 per head), despite the nice food and drinks on offer, due mainly to the portion sizes.

First time to go there for a drink.... and as it was Sunday it was very busy could only find a seats at the bar you straight away notice they have good selection of alcohol drinks......we only a glass of wine and a coffee.... although was the house wine and normal coffee the bill was just over £14 .... which we found it rather expensive....looked at the food menu but couldn't find anything exciting 🤔..., paid the bill and went to ocean beach
