The food was really lovely. We had the home made bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for starters. The bread was really homemade, soft and delicious. We had the cabonara and diavalo pizza for mains and it didn't disappoint. I didn't want cheese on my pizza and I totally enjoyed it. We also had a side of chips. The mains were delicious. For pudding, we had sticky toffee pudding and a selection of ice creams. Overall, we had a wonderful meal here. We had a great host and he was nice and friendly. Great customer service. We met wonderful people in the restaurant. We came in as strangers and left as friends. I highly recommend

Excellent food in an authentic theatre atmosphere. Great portions, fast delivery, blisteringly hot i.e. still hot whilst willing time away. Superb service and value for money. An altogether lovely experience.

Really quaint, authentic and lovely little Italian restaurant in the middle of the city. Service a teeny bit slow but outstanding value for money; these are probably related! Would come again.

We were gifted a voucher for Zucca. Nice waiter, friendly and helpful. Pasta and pizza good. Gin martini very good. Not so impressed with the starters though. The crusty bread served with a tiny drop of oil and balsamic was doughy and not crusty. The desserts were very nice though.

First impressions were good. The restaurant was clean, well laid out and adequately lit. We were greeted, our booking confirmed and led to a small table for two. The menu wasn't as extensive as I thought but the food was varied and enticing with pasta, risotto, meat/fish or pizza options. I had Carbonara and my partner a pizza of which both were very nicely cooked and delicious. Dessert was for me cheese and biscuits and ice creams for my lady and again both delicious 😋. The waiter was polite, helpful and efficiently attending to the customers. Would I go here again? Yes, it was a relaxed and enjoyable experience so thank you Zucca.
