We went for here on Saturday for the first time and it was wonderful! We were sightseeing by Tower Bridge and decided to stop here for lunch. So glad we did; beautiful setting, beautiful weather and beautiful food! We both had the smoked salmon sourdough sandwich with skin on fries followed by a waffle with banana and caramel sauce for me and a chocolate brownie and ice cream for my partner, washed down with a large white wine and an orange juice. It was glorious. The staff were extremely attentive and polite and me being a very picky and fussy eater, they were really patient and didn’t rush me while I decided what I wanted from the extensive menu! The atmosphere is super chilled and the decor is lovely and well thought out. I could have sat there all afternoon looking at the view of Tower Bridge! I would highly recommend.

Excellent drinking and eating experience,from walking in the door and being greeted by everyone. In love with the fish plates and price very reasonable. In love with this place and its view!

I had dinner with my wife last Tuesday and the service was absolutely above any expectations. I would like to mention Hana which was very helpful and made our evening. We will be definitely coming back! LR

Wholly disorganized. 'Please wait to be seated' sort of setup, yet no one at the door to greet patrons. Walked in to the restaurant only to have the Maitre show up and assist patrons behind me, and seat them as well, leaving me to twist in the barroom. Finally got a table after 4 separate employees managed to coordinate a very nice table indoors (wanted outside) but it was very nice nonetheless. Food was middling and beer took over 15 minutes to appear with a rather empty seating section. No follow up after meal was done on additional drinks. Needed to repeatedly summon waitress. Bill was handled with precision. Probably going to try somewhere else for supper tomorrow. Too bad. the location is beautiful. Service is lacking supervision. (No, this is NOT a pub. they are clearly set up to wait tables.)

Food was not good. Fish and chips were the worst in London I have had. Fish was dripping grease and slimy and fries were cold. One of our servers that was new was good but the other 2 just seamed like they didn’t care. They only good thing was the crab cakes. Would not recommend unless you are just looking for a nice view of the bridge and water.
