My girls and I were really looking forward to going to a show at Canvas Manchester, it was a band my daughter had been following for ages. With the venue being small and my daughter being autistic, we thought this would be a good fit as no real massive crowd and they have a balcony area for accessibility needs, so I believe. So tickets purchased in October 2023 and I started to contact the venue regarding accessibility, leaving plenty of time so my daughter would feel secure enough to go and have no fear of being approached by staff etc. cut a long one short, the week before the gig and we still didn't have access to the balcony confirmed so had to contact the organiser for a refund of the tickets. Abysmal service from the venue really Oh and what's going on with the phones? Just cuts off when trying to call...odd
