Had one night b&b, fascinating location. Room nice and comfortable and quiet. Continental breakfast was good. Nice you also get free entry to the chapels and exhibition.

The chapel is amazing. Unfortunately there is a lot of work taking place for new exhibitions so the visit was limited. We have a yearly ticket so looking forward to visiting in the future, also looking forward to the gardens in full bloom.

Lovely historic house, chapel and gardens. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice cafe which serves hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes, sausages rolls, pies etc

Very interesting day out, lots to see and do from the ornate chapel to the grounds. The cafe used to be in the Big Hall serving delicious hot food, smaller cafe now with less choice but still all good and comfortable arm chairs.

Just came on a day visit, and wasn't disappointed. Lovely historic building with lots of interesting features and artefacts. The cafe sold gorgeous sandwiches and cakes at reasonable prices. The formal gardens were fairly small, and would have looked much better in a season other than winter. I would definitely recommend it.
