March 2024Booked afternoon tea for 3 of us and have to say this did not disappoint in anyway. Presentation , quality and choice all amazing . Staff warm friendly and attentive. Cosy at Christmas, light and bright in spring and right opposite the stunning Henrietta Gardens if you’re up for a wander after tea. January 2024An excellent quality hotel with superb service from staff and one of the best breakfast. I've had anywhere including free bucks fizz. Easy access to bath city centre over putney bridge which is closed to car traffic. Bath has so much to offer.

January 2024Just stayed at the Roseate Villa for 2 nights. The room was lovely and clean, small bathroom but we didn't pay for a premium room. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and it was delicious! The best bit about the hotel was the location, only a 10 minute walk down well lit roads to the centre of Bath. We had the best time. Thank you
