The space
Walcot Hall, is a Grade II listed Georgian Hall built in 1726, and from being welcomed by the wrought iron gates and transported along the sweeping gravel driveway, to arriving to revel in the splendour of the Hall itself, every inch of the Estate oozes grandeur.

Once arrived, a secret passageway tempts you through into the tranquility of the fountain garden, resplendent in lavender and bush roses. With greenery and flora as far as the eye can see, you are guaranteed to feel as though you have been conveyed back through time, to an era in which the hustle and bustle of the technology-driven modern world melts away.

The perfect setting for peaceful family getaways, hen parties or friendly gatherings, you can select from a wide range of dining areas depending upon the mood of the occasion. Cosy and relaxed meals can be eaten from the comfort of the Snug's dining area, whilst the formal dining area in the sumptuous Drawing Room offers a more stately dining experience. Of course, when the weather permits, we absolutely recommend taking advantage of the outdoor dining area to make the most of the impressive views and stunning location.

The Hall boasts a collection of seven spectacularly appointed bedrooms, with more beds available on demand.

Outside, as well as the beautifully manicured gardens, you can find stables, a tennis court, and plenty of open space.

Walcot Hall's stunning glass-fronted marquee is positioned perfectly within our 27-acre Estate, looking out over 5 acres of immaculately landscaped gardens, plenty of outdoor seating, and the beautiful Hall itself.
Hosting up to 200 seated guests, the marquee has an amazing starry-night light display over its elegant black-and-white chequered dance floor. Round tables can be arranged in various layouts to make the most of the space, and we are more than happy to work with you to help design the perfect space!

The marquee also has a catering tent attached with fridges, tables and power, as well as a bar area. There is also a lounge area for guests complete with large corner sofa!
Lots of available space, and can really be tailored to suit any event. We have hosted business conferences, Awards ceremonies, weddings, wakes, Mehndi parties, baby showers and more!

    We stayed in January and what a truly wonderful house! Lovely location, and the grounds and house are amazing! Everyone loved it when they saw it and it made the weekend just perfect! Rooms are all stunning and well kept. The hostess' were on hand if we needed anything and were super helpful. The hot tub was lovely aswell! The dining area was just a beautiful location for our afternoon tea. Everyone loved the fireplaces, which were gorgeous for the winter nights! We will definitely return in the future should an Occasion arise!

    Had a fab time at my friends baby shower! The staff were amazing and catered to our every need especially Hannah the bar manager who had the patience of a Saint with our ever changing orders and requests. Would definitely return
