A brilliant 5 hour intensive cookery lesson. We picked up so many hints and tips and produced some beautiful food. Highly recommend: Our Chef Shane, was so patient and clam it was a brilliant experience. Another highlight was that there were only the two of us on the course, so it was like a private lesson.

Had an incredible time today making artisan bread. Our chef/teacher Andy was very well and funny. We couldn’t believe how many different breads we made. I don’t know how Andy managed 13 people while also keeping track of all that food.

Brilliant experience of cooking and eating a meal. I learned some great new cooking tips that I never would have known, whilst enjoying a fun 2 hours of actually cooking the food we then ate. 4 courses in all. Absolutely wonderful, I'd highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Cooking different dishes all packing an amazing punch of flavours trickling round your mouth. Ann teaches in a way everyone understands and takes part. No complaints only wanting to go away and immediately try it all again. Thanks Ann.

Let's start with the good. I enjoyed the pineapple dessert we had and the flavour of the jerk wings was way better than I had anticipated. I also learnt a neat trick in cracking an egg. Now for the rest? I found it puzzling to see that the chef on the day [Andy] kept on holding back so much of the food the class had cooked at each step... we all later realised that it was to feed himself! It's incredulous to me that something like this could take place.. the worst part was that he had more food than all of us! Incredibly unprofessional to say the least and when we confronted him he laughed it off and claimed he'd be happy to share! His dinner! But what he should've done was to share all the food the paying customers made.. we all left hungry and rather shocked. I wouldn't recommend this experinece I'm afraid.
