We would love to invite you to our wedding open day on Sunday 26th November 2017 from 12pm until 4pm. As always we do not require a ticket or entry free so come along to view our little boutique venue and enjoy some canapes and bubbly!

Set in the historic town of Southwell in Nottinghamshire, The Old Vicarage Boutique Wedding Venue is one of the areas best kept secrets. This listed property was built in 1847 and has been caefully restored transforming the property into the perfect combination of contemporary and traditional to create the ideal wedding venue.
The Old Vicarage Boutique Wedding Venue aim to excel in every aspect of wedding planning and co-ordination and we provide an outstanding, personal service to every bridal couple we meet. Our wedding package has been carefully put together to make sure that it can can be tailored to suit every style and every budget whilst still ensuring that our couples have every aspect they need to have the most perfect day. The dedicated wedding planners and co - ordinators at The Old Vicarage have gained extensive knowledge through ensuring each wedding we take on is implemented to the highest standard possible, with no detail missed. As a small, family run business, we pride ourselves as always being contactable and there for our couples every step of the way. Our small team all work together in order to ensure every couple has the most thorougly planned and high executed day. Our team work closely alongside our bridal couples during all planning and preparation in order to exceed all expectations by both couples and guests. We only ever have one bride, The Old Vicarage will only host one wedding at a time meaning our couples get the sole attention of the entire team on their special day and you and your guests will have exclusive use of the whole venue and its grounds.  Our extensive menu has been carefully designed by both our wedding planners and our Executive Head Chef who is michelin trained and has worked in restaurents across the world. The menus variety of choices means that there is a dish to suit all tastes. At The Old Vicarage we do no outside catering, and each meal is carefully and lovingly created and presented to really wow you and your guests. The Old Vicarage has eight individually designed bedrooms. Each room is carefully planned out to be luxurious and tasteful whilst remaining completely unique from each other. The building houses extensive photo oppourtunities meaning you will have the most amazing range of wedding photographs to c cherish forever. We even have the opportunity for you to get married outside. Our bandstand was hand built by the Amish in Pennsylvania and shipped to the UK where we have had it fully licensed to hold outdoor ceremonies, there really are no two in the world! If you are interested in become a Vicarage bridal couple then please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

    From the moment we drove up the drive to have a look around The Old Vicarage we knew it was special. The venue is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. Laura is amazing from making the booking nearly 2 years before our wedding day right up until the day after she was extremely responsive and helpful in answering many questions via email and was unbelievable when we arrived for our exclusivity the night before our wedding all the way through to us leaving the morning after our wedding-she is a machine! Always smiling, guides the team around her with expertise and professionalism so that everything just runs so smoothly. All our guests commented on the amazing venue, the rooms and the food. The food was so tasty and presented beautifully. There really is no need to worry about anything on the day Laura and her team guide you every step of the way and whatever you are unsure of they have the answer and reassurance needed. The only downside was it was all over too quickly. We really did have a perfect day, thank you to all the team, Laura, chef, waiting staff, bar staff, cleaners, gardeners and everyone else who is involved.
