We did my sister's wedding reception here, it was lovely, the staff was great espically Hani who was so helpful with the management of the event, he really put the bride and groom's interest first and helped keep things on track and did all the tiny and big details behind the sign, so things would run smoothly. We were so greatful to have him as our event manager.

Wow what a venue! If you are looking for a wedding venue or to hold your special event be it corporate or any other special celebration then look no further! As soon as you arrive through the gates you are met by a stunning sight, with lit trees and beautiful buildings that has such a grandeur about it and this is before you have even entered the main building. Entering through the old ticket office is breathtaking with the beautiful chandelier that hangs elegantly from the high ceiling, is just simply stunning! We were suppling items for a clients wedding that was taking place that day and was in ore of the building and the politeness of all the staff that we encountered, impeccably dressed all with a smile on their faces, considering it was a large wedding taking place the staff were all calm, organised and so very polite, Hani the manager introduced himself, and I must say, was the most charming gentleman I have encountered in a very long time, he let us know exactly where the items should be installed and where he would be if we needed him, he popped by periodically to check we were ok, and even complimented our work, which was so nice of him, he treated all his staff with respect and it was apparent they respected him, they had great team dynamics for sure! When we had finished he advised what time we should come back to install the magic mirror and his timings were absolutely accurate, literally to the minute, we have never worked in a venue with timings like it, this is why the venue is such a popular choice, because they are professional and are experts in what they do! Throughout the evening Hani and staff checked on us periodically, which was lovely and all with a smile, considering that they had been working all day this did not falter, even at the end of the evening Hani and his team, still smiling and still being as courteous and helpful as they were with our first encounter. So if you are looking for a venue where the manager and staff care, where they strive for perfection look no further as you have just found it. We would welcome the opportunity and would not hesitate to work with this venue in the future! Thank you Hani and the team for making us feel so welcome.

After recently having my wedding at the grand station I cannot rave enough about the amazing staff and all the work they put into the events. Hani the events manager is the most amazing thing person. He ensured that the day and build up to the wedding was a stress free as possible. He truly is a credit the the grand station. Mya was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and helping us voice our vision for our wedding to make it a reality. Hayley who was our first point of contact and also helped us to book our wedding was also the most amazing person she answered all our questions and concerns and was extremely informative. The day went smoothly and perfectly and the food was just amazing. Thankyou Hani and all the team for making our day so perfect.
