Merrist Wood offers you a unique location with extensive indoor meeting rooms and outdoor facilities, all of which are available for hire, whether it’s for a conference, event, wedding, celebration or meeting. We have a range of meeting rooms and spaces to accommodate small or large numbers and our dedicated Merrist Wood events team will ensure you get the best-personalised service to ensure the success of your event.

We also offer Animal Encounter experiences in our Animal Management Centre including Tours, Junior Animal Keeper Experiences, Birthday Parties and Events. Our Dog Day Care Centre is the latest addition which offers a safe and secure environment for your dog.

Our beautiful Colebrook Room is the main room in Merrist Wood House. It comprises of stunning views of the estate with access to a south facing garden area. Capacity is up to 30 people seated for meetings and up to 70 people standing for functions, for a price of only £40 per hour.
