Excellent. There's not a bad choice on the menu. The brasserie is beautiful, the food is AMAZING and the service is even better. Genuinely the nicest place in York. Far enough out from the city centre to Be peaceful, even sitting outside. Close enough its just a nice stroll. Can't recommend enough

Comfortable stay. Rooms was very neat and clean. Check in was super easy. The hotel is located in a peaceful location and is only 5-10 mins walk from all the pubs and restaurants. There is pay and park facility at the hotel.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt we were important to the friendly, professional staff who treated us with respect, kindness and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The room was very comfortable, quiet and beautifully clean. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and a real pleasure to eat with your eyes as well as your mouth. Plenty of choice. We enjoyed our breakfast chosen from a good variety of dishes. I would highly recommend the Grange Hotel and hope to return in the future.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and we had a fantastic stay. I have mobility problems and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They changed us to a ground floor room. They also provided a ramp for easier access. One lady was particularly helpful I think her name was Jennifer (sorry if this is wrong) the lift down to breakfast wasn’t working but she got a lovely guy to put it on so I could go to breakfast room. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked the service was great. We will certainly stay here again. Thank you once again for a delightful stay.
