February 2024We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival, reception helped us with parking instructions and looked after our case while we moved the car. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of food to choose from. The room was cosy and clean.

February 2024We had a lovely stay at Mercure this weekend! The reception staff were all super friendly, and we felt very well taken care of. We were travelling at the same time as another couple, and the hotel staff made sure we got a room next to our friends. They even gave us an upgrade to a deluxe room to do so! The rooms were a little bit worn, but nothing too bad, and felt clean and well maintained! The breakfast had a fair amount of hot and cold choices, and we were pleasantly surprised and very happy to discover that they also made omelettes and such on order, delivered to your breakfast table! Would absolutely recommend trying the omelette - it was quite large (we split it between the two of us) and it was suuuper delicious! Will definitely be back next time we visit Aberdeen!

February 2024Parking convenient. Well located Check in easy Room was cold. Had to use a fan heater supplied by reception, which sounded like an aeroplane in the room. And also made it difficult to regulate the room temperature. I am sorry, but when paying for an upmarket room, I don't expect it to be cold
