Wedding arrangements were professionally handled - everything requested was provided and staff were all helpful and pleasant. The only possible issue was the cost of our room but I suppose the venue itself justifies the cost. Breakfast on both days was very good. One final point, avoid the rooms at the very top - exhausting unless you are fit!

Beautiful castle and grounds in Cheshire. Wild pheasants running free, it's very picturesque. The castle is beautiful and its surprisingly cheap. The rooms are huge! Only criticisms would be our room was not as clean as you would expect there was some areas which has not been dusted in a while. Also some (not all) of the staff could do with a lesson in customer service.

Amazing place, we got married here in 2020 & also had our big wedding reception last week and the staff made both days PERFECT! They truly went above and beyond for us and our guests. The castle is beautiful, food is excellent & the staff/owners could not have done more for us. Couldn’t recommend Peckforton enough!

Stunning mock castle in superb grounds. Sunday lunch was very nice, good food, friendly staff and good all round service. Definitely worth a visit, I’m sure you will love this place like we do. Lots of weddings held here, speaks for itself. Bedrooms are very nice and comfortable all nicely decorated. Also land rover experience is located in the grounds. Plenty of parking too. We will definitely be going again soon. This place gets my top recommendation!

Because the housekeeping staff ransacked my toiletry bag which held my jewellery. When phoning the hotel immediately on getting home. The weren’t too bothered, saying probably it’s there. I told them ‘no it is there’. I was returning to the hotel anyway 3 weeks later. Had to wait an age to get it at reception. It was all open. A new necklace was missing and a charm bracket from my late mother. The staff couldn’t really didn’t care less. Too busy! For such a supposed good hotel I find it appalling. Have the house keeping staff no culpability as what goes on in lost property? I was heartbroken........ I will never return
