Had a fantastic stay here, everyone is so friendly & helpful. Our room was great with a view of the Mews. Remarkably quiet aswell considering the central location. Beds super comfy and really spacious room. Would certainly stay again. They made it so special too with birthday treats!

Went for afternoon tea which was lovely. Great selection of sandwiches and desserts. The service was impeccable. The ambiance and staff were excellent. They have a halal option too which you have to book in advance. They also let us pray when asked all in all a memorable unforgettable experience. Can see Buckingham palace from the windows. Selection of teas are exquisite, pricey but a luxury worth indulging in.

Not cheap but they really work at pleasing you and providing too notch service. Food terrific. Fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast! Location near Buckingham Palace in one direction and Victoria station in the other.

Our family had an absolutely blissful stay. From check in to check out, the staff took care of our son, our infant daughter, and us at every turn. They offer a “kids check in” and asked about his favorite activities and drinks and brought them to him throughout the stay. He did a pastry class and enjoyed calling for room service, among other things. They have kids robes and offered to bring a mini fridge for our baby girl’s milk. Overall, we loved the room, the staff, and the location and will 100% stay here again!

I have eaten in excess of 80 afternoon teas and the Rubens at the Palace is definitely in my top 3! We enjoyed the Winter Wonderland afternoon tea with lovely panoramic views overlooking the Royal Mews of Buckingham Palace. We were served an exquisite selection of finger sandwiches, an array of heavenly cakes and a choice of three scones: plain, spiced fruit and cheese, with pear preserve, lemon curd and clotted cream. All the food is freshly prepared and every single bite was a burst of incredible flavours that can only be described as pure culinary bliss. The staff were so very attentive and friendly, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after. The afternoon tea is priced from £70 per person and I would say it is worth every penny. I really could not recommend this afternoon tea any higher!
