Oh my god, this place is amazing! I have so many nice things to say about so many nice folks at this hotel. Joe at the front desk, Pascal at the door, Anna at breakfast and room service.. I can't even mention everyone who was awesome, everyone we came into contact with was top notch and definitely dedicated to an excellent experience, and just being kind. What a wonderful group of people. We had such a lovely stay in London in large part because of the folks at the Rubens. We were also lucky enough to have afternoon tea there, which was also amazing, and so much fun.

A gorgeous hotel with lots of charm, in the perfect location. We've stayed at the Rubens Hotel on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The hotel itself has a grand, 'classic' character with luxurious furnishings and glamourous decor. The rooms are fairly compact but the prices are reasonable, relative to the amazing location and other 5 star hotels. The staff are excellent, very courteous and helpful, the doormen are particularly charming.

I recently spent two nights at this wonderful hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The room was exceptional and the breakfast truly fabulous, but what makes this place truly special is its people. My heartfelt thanks to Taylor, Adam, Charlie, Sophie, Emma… and many others whose names I may have forgotten but whose kindness I will not. The comfort of the room and the quality of the mattress are unmatched, and the soundproofing ensured perfect rest. The atmosphere throughout the bar and restaurant is delightful, and the cleanliness across the hotel is impeccable. The location is ideal for both leisure and business, adding even more value to the stay. I am genuinely grateful for the thoughtful touches during my visit and for the warm, attentive service I received. It’s a real gem to discover such a talented team in London. Excellent work!

I just wrapped up a 4 night stay and had an excellent experience. The staff in every aspect was friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and for anyone that needs aur conditioning, it works great. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the Victoria Underground station and very close proximity to restaraunts, shops, and even some shows. I had the afternoon tea one day and enamored thoroughly. I love an afternoon tea and everything was great. My seat was facing the street and got to watch the activity on the street and Royal Mews. Overall, I enjoyed my time and would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic two-night stay with our family and dogs. I booked it to celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday before they flew back home. I informed reception in advance and they gave us such a lovely surprise when we arrived. The birthday cake was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in the Superior King rooms, which were spacious and perfect for our dogs. Throughout our stay, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is great too, within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. The valet parking made things much easier as they brought our car to the front of the hotel, so our dogs didn’t have to walk far to the car park. My only small comment is that one member of staff spoke quite sharply to my partner when our older dog went to the toilet on the public pavement outside the hotel. I understand it might have caused some inconvenience, but our dogs are very well trained and never have accidents inside. It was on a public pavement, not even hotel property, so I think the situation could have been handled a little more kindly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made the celebration so special.
