June 2024Really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent check in/out. Common spaces nice and clean. Terrific room. Spacious, clean, stylish enough. Also the bathroom was well equipped with toiletries etc. A very nice experience.

May 2024I was surprised by my partner with a one night stay in this hotel for our third anniversary. Was a lovely surprise, the hotel seemed luxurious and the service was swift and welcoming. The room was nice with a good view from floor 17 and breakfast was good. Only thing to note was the humidity of our room, tried the air-con but was not much help! Thank you for a lovely stay

May 2024Good for a short stay. A very central location and with amazing and helpful staff. Our room was on the top floor; great view, but suffered a little with noise from the rooftop AC units and adjacent lift machinery. Might suggest requesting a room on a lower floor for a quieter night. Overall a good hotel for a business trip or short trip, but might consider spending more for a longer stay.

May 2024Standards have really declined! Serving area in restaurant was very untidy, serving utensils were dirty and dried baked beans left at side of serving dish. No staff in attendance to assist with hot food. Carpet in our room had many stains and clearly needs to be replaced. Maintenance in the room looked like it had been carried out by Messrs Bodgit & Scarper! Our favourite hotel in Brum needs some loving care and attention.
