Efficient service on arrival at reception. Lovely room with very comfy bed. Excellent value at £58 for one night. Lots of freebies in my room on arrival reflecting my membership status. Will definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was amazing – you can see the whole city, especially at night when it’s beautifully lit up. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore Birmingham. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. I also have to mention the reception staff – they were so kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Birmingham – great views, great location, and wonderful service!

Stayed over last night & only fault for me was the room was far to hot for me’ the fan was on the highest speed & lowest temp setting’ & didnt sleep the best due to it. Breakfast was good as its buffet style & had plenty of choice. Would of been a 5* if the room was much cooler.

*BEWARE* Booked a standard room which is not guaranteed twin or double bed. Arrived early to confirm with staff that I would be allocated a twin. They confirmed that would definitely be fine and took my bags but no room was available yet. Arrived later that evening to be told there is no availability and I would need to sleep on the floor. They would not provide additional bedding. I was forced to get a very expensive taxi home while my friend stayed. I kindly requested 50% refund to help towards the cost of the taxi, but they kept staying the same thing "we can not guarantee a twin room, no refund of any sort". This hotel lies to take your money. Avoid if you need a guaranteed option, even if they say they will allocate.
