Radisson Blu Edwardian, Kenilworth, Private Suite 11 And 12

The hotel is truly beautiful and the location is excellent, but what made my stay most memorable was the wonderful treatment from the great staff. Their kindness and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I would like to give special thanks to Atifa, who was always welcoming and smiling, making me feel at home. I also deeply appreciate Michel and Walusha for their outstanding service and support. Thank you all for making my stay such an enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning again and will happily recommend this hotel to others.

A two star hotel at best. Extremely overpriced for the quality/ value. Rooms are terribly outdated (in need of a major update), old and dirty. Bed was held together by tape, sink did not drain, stains all over rug. Incredibly small and claustrophobic room in serious need of an update. Shout out to Edgar for moving me to a *slightly* better room. See last picture.

I booked a standard room with a double bed. The photos on the website show a large, spacious room with a king-size bed. Upon check-in, I was given a single room with a small 10m² bed, which is a single, not a standard room. The receptionist refused to change it and said that's what they call double rooms. They're deceiving customers, and the prices for the rooms vary significantly.
