Great place to see London. Easy to get to the Tube or walk to many of the major attractions. The hotel needs an update but the people and commitment to our enjoyment during our stay were awesome. They really were concerned that our needs were met. The bar was especially amazing. The house made drinks were a delight and were a contrast to the “Pub” scene that surrounds London. The bartender was amazing and great to talk with. We will definitely stay there again when we return.

I really wanted to love this hotel because the location is fantastic, but for the price we paid, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the very first night, our tub was completely clogged—water started pooling the moment we turned the faucet on. We reported it right away and were told someone would fix it the next morning. We also requested extra pillows that night, waited over an hour, and they never arrived. The next day, after a long day out, we came back to the room to find the shower still clogged. I went back downstairs, and once again was told someone would come the next day. I also asked for pillows again and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes this time just to finally get them. Day three: same issue. We returned after another long day, and not only was the shower still clogged, but the hotel had also turned off all hot water after 10 p.m. with no notice. Meaning—no shower at all. This happened multiple nights. By the end of our five-day stay, we never once had a fully functioning shower. For a hotel at this price point, this level of service and maintenance is completely unacceptable. The location is great, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.

A wonderful, wonderful team manage this hotel, faultless. Kind, thoughtful and professional, thank you. Location great for the theatre and dinner out. Breakfast 5 stars. Just be mindful that a standard double bed is a large single and no bedside electric sockets. Cheers

I just enjoyed a week long stay at this Radisson which is located mere steps from the British Museum. My room size was modest, typical for prime central London, properly appointed and comfortable. Daily buffet breakfast was very good with a wide selection of hot items, including ala cart dishes (French toast, eggs Benedict, etc). Service staff that I encountered were happy to help, friendly and professional. A shout out to restaurant servers Anjana and Geethika who were especially efficient and diligent. And I appreciated the cordial and welcoming service of concierge Michael. Location is the key strength of this hotel, with it being close to the Tottenham Court Road tube station, which has the Elizabeth Line that connects to Heathrow Airport. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance of the iconic London attractions such as Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Soho, the Theatre District, Oxford Street shopping and more. For the great location and service, I would return. Highly recommended.

The location of this hotel is excellent, especially if you’re in the area for work, with many offices nearby. The building itself is quite old, and unfortunately this really shows in terms of comfort. The biggest issue is the noise. The room was unbearably loud. There is an elevator in the corridor that produces a constant high-pitched sound, and you can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms throughout the day and night. Sleeping was very difficult. The windows are also poorly insulated, which makes the room feel cold and lets in even more noise. The room overall feels dated, and the bathroom, especially the toilet, was the worst part and clearly needs renovation. In general, the hotel would really benefit from updates, but most importantly from proper sound insulation. While the location is undeniably good, for the price it’s hard to justify staying here if you actually want to rest. It feels like the hotel mainly survives because of business travelers who need to stay nearby, rather than because of the quality of the accommodation.
