Nice location just inside Sefton Park. Alot of thought gone in to the presentation of this hotel. Feels comfortable and staff attentive. In the room (6) ventilation is really poor, huge original windows are double glazed but I couldn't let any air in. Ventilator panel closed. Bathroom showing some signs of wear , gashes in wall and NO towel hooks. Comfy bed .Huge well prepared breakfast although ordering and delivery can get confused. A nice stay in my home city. Thanks

Delicious Sunday roast and coffee. I'd recommend the hotel for a cosy dinner with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly, thank you to Julie for the excellent service!

What a gorgeous hotel, clean, comfortable, and its history so well preserved, from the original fixtures to the memorabilia surrounding Stu Sutcliffe and the Beatles. The staff have always been helpful every time I've stayed! So, about time I left a review! Thanks guys!

Cant wait to come back. Fabulous hotel spotless clean very comfortable beds everything was amazing!!! Really cool memorabilia all over the walls for beatles fans. Staff are amazing thanks to Annie inparticular very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Enjoyed our stay immensely recommended to all our friends. Thanks guys see you soon.
