Sefton Park Hotel is an independently run hotel offering a warm welcome, great food and drink and excellent value for money.
We offer several unique spaces from meeting rooms for two delegates to function rooms for 200 delegates. Our function room can cater for up to 110 guests for dinner or up to 200 guests for a reception style function or an evening wedding/function. For more intimate events, O'Connor's Bar and Grill can accommodate up to 50 guests. We cater for all event types including conferences/meetings, weddings and private functions and Christmas parties.
We also offer 16 guest bedrooms and complimentary on site car parking is available. Being located in leafy Sefton Park and directly facing the boating lake. we offer an ideal backdrop for wedding photo's. Liverpool city centre and Liverpool Airport are both located within ten minutes drive and the hotel offers easy access to local and national transport links.

April 2025We rented the upstairs conference area for our son’s christening and could not rate this place high enough ✨🙏🏼 Just lovely staff and a relaxed and warm atmosphere! The large bay windows facing the park made the space light with a gorgeous view! Everything was organised and set up well and we felt so welcomed and looked after! Thank you for helping to make our day so special x

March 2025Have stayed at the Sefton hotel a couple of times with my partner and both of us had a perfect stay each time, Love the decor and history of the place also the location as it’s situated on Sefton park with lots of Swans Ducks Parrots Wildlife, dog walkers, Cafe, Beautiful park. Especially for an early morning stroll around the Lake. Staff are also very helpful and friendly… Knowing this I decided to hold my partners Surprise 50th and my son’s 20th birthday celebrations here. Amy was A1 with the planning along with her amazing group of staff. Well stocked bar, reasonable prices! Everyone was impressed by the Chinese buffet. Really delicious. Couldn’t have asked for more. They also had an accessible entrance and the toilets are spotless and actually have a nice scent. Couldn’t ask for more to be fair. An amazing night that no one will forget that’s for sure! Thank you 🥳

April 2025We only meant to come here for a quick drink in the sun on grand national day. It was so nice that we ended up staying all afternoon. Superb location, lovely beer garden and they had a singer on who was fantastic. We then went inside to watch the race, the only gripe was we couldn’t hear the tv’s so didn’t know which horse was winning! Staff were really helpful and pleasant and a great selection of beers. Would highly recommend.

April 2025Great location for Sefton Park. Limited parking, service very variable. Some days great, some days ignored customers, empty coffee tea milk so had to ask repeatedly, " what will it be, then, ? " First greeting at breakfast. Hotel prices but really a licenced Bed n Breakfast. Hazardous pipe / duct in our bathroom only covered in yellow tape. Generous breakfast. Our room tiny, looked onto busy noisy road, and felt roof of lower floors, through a single glazed and drafty window.
