Such a beautiful hotel! Lovely architecture and interiors. I was here for the upcoming days to my engagement, and I had a wonderful time. Location is very central (ideal!) and we had a lovely, spacious room with great window views. The restaurant was lovely, and a special shout out to the lady on reception (apologies I can’t remember name!) but you were a star! Spa was great to use too - lovely gorgeous bank vault pool! Would come again!

Recently stayed at the Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa to celebrate our Silver wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite on arrival, which such a lovely gesture and a real treat. The room was absolutely beautiful, as was the rest of the hotel and thought the idea of the complimentary gin was a nice touch too. We had a superb meal in the hotel on the first night, which was delicious as well as the staff being really attentive. We both had a massage in the spa, this was absolute bliss. Great location, fab hotel, spa & restaurant, would definitely recommend and will plan to stay again when next in Bristol. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable.

Went for a hen party afternoon tea, with various different requests and adjustments to our orders being made, the host (I think Maddy?) Was absolutely fantastic. Really tentative, offered to take our pictures for us and even made conversation. Great experience and lovely interior. Food was delicious and well presented!

Unbelievable selection of gins in the bar. Nice venue and have never been there before. The bar was a little small for the number of guests and the barman was doing his best but was struggling to keep up with the number of people trying to order drinks. Also rather than burning candles or something in the bar some air conditioning (or just opening a window) wouldn't go a miss as it was roasting in there.

Absolutely fantastic! The new bartender was a delight to talk with and was happy to listen to some story ideas I had 😂 The hotel's gorgeous but I need to save a fair bit of money before I can afford to stay in that beautiful hotel. 5/5
