Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the Event by the Client, no refund will be due to the Client. Once a Booking has been accepted by Us and signed by a Client, the Booking may not be postponed without Our express written consent. In addition, in the event of a cancellation of the Event by the Client, the Client shall pay to Us within 14 days of the date of cancellation of the Event: 50% of Booking if cancelled 43 days or more before the Event 75% of Booking if cancelled between 42 days and 15 days (inclusive) before the Event 100% of Booking if cancelled 14 days or less before the Event

April 2024Mercedes Benz World offers a fantastic free day out for car enthusiasts and families alike. Free parking for the day with 2 hours free charging for EV drivers. The showcase of amazing cars provides a thrilling experience, with something to marvel at for every visitor. The staff's friendliness adds to the welcoming atmosphere, and for those seeking an extra adrenaline rush, the option of paid car speed runs around the test track is an exciting opportunity not to be missed. You also have the opportunity to visit the nearby Brooklands Transport museum (paid) Race multiple simulators with your friends (paid) or just have a mooch around. Overall, it's a must-visit destination for anyone passionate about automotive excellence.

May 2024Excellent day out if you love your cars. It's split over 3 floors with numerous Mercedes cars on display ranging from classics right up to today's latest models. Also a big focus on the F1 cars. Track there also for hot laps, skid pan etc. Really good and free entry and free EV chargers.

May 2024We visited MW due to a big birthday in the family, so we did a driving experience - G Wagon off-road, which was fantastic, even as a passenger in the vehicle. There's quite a few cars to see as it's kinda a museum too. And they have a showroom where you can purchase a vehicle. The food places are good, with a nice selection of foods, they have a coffee/sandwich area downstairs, and a restaurant style upstairs that has an outside balcony area. It was a good day out, but you can cover it all quite quickly or at your own speed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

June 2024Expansive and well set up dealership experience with a bistro, classic car display, driving experiences, gift shop and new/used car display. Very friendly staff throughout. bistro was good too. Allow 1-2 hours visit without any added driving experiences.

June 2024This is a free day out. To look around & see all the cars over the years. Then this is a great place. Free parking as well. You can upgrade your day with anything from scalextrics, virtual driving to full-on car experiences. The cosy is high, but I feel if you can afford it, do it.
