A truly versatile space, the Exhibition Area can accommodate up to 450 guests, either for a drinks reception or dinner. It can also accommodate up to 1000 guests, if set over a longer period of time for an exhibition where guests are expected to come and go. This airy and spacious environment benefits from natural daylight, Wi-Fi connectivity, air conditioning and is fully accessible for disabled guests. It is an ideal venue to host a variety of exhibitions or events.

Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the Event by the Client, no refund will be due to the Client. Once a Booking has been accepted by Us and signed by a Client, the Booking may not be postponed without Our express written consent. In addition, in the event of a cancellation of the Event by the Client, the Client shall pay to Us within 14 days of the date of cancellation of the Event: 50% of Booking if cancelled 43 days or more before the Event 75% of Booking if cancelled between 42 days and 15 days (inclusive) before the Event 100% of Booking if cancelled 14 days or less before the Event

Brilliant day out at Mercedes Benz World. Brilliant welcoming team. The young drivers experience was excellent for my 15yr old. He also loved the 4x4 drive taking a G wagon to new heights and 22deg lean angles and wading through swamps. Excellent fun. Nice cars to look at dotted around and fun on the racing Sims made Dad and boy very competitve!

Fantastic venue! Went for a conference, but got a chance to have a look around and go on the simulators. Really loved seeing the exploded F1 car suspended so you could get a good look around it.

Aw, we had fabulous time. Staff gave us a warm welcome and some information. Parking was free and easy. Entrance was free too. There were space in show areas and a lift for great access. We had wonderful lunch, seeing nice cars and watching people driving on the track. Great outing 👏

We did the 1 hour young driver experience for my sons 15th Birthday. 30mins in a road car on a street track and 30mins off-road in a G-Wagon. He absolutely loved it as did me and my wife, being able to join as a passenger really made it a experience for all of us. My wife was petrified during the off-road part - It's quite extreme! The instructor was excellent and did a fab job of calmly explaining everything to my son, we always felt completely safe. The museum had some beautiful cars both new and old. The simulator was a bit mediocre for £10 for 5 laps of F1 2005. We took a train the Weybridge from Waterloo, then it's about a 15-20min walk from the station.

Bought an off road driving experience for my son for his birthday. What an absolutely fantastic day we had from start to end. All the staff where very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. The off road experience was brilliant even though I was only the passenger and my son was driving. The instructor was very good, friendly and explained everything so well. Couldn't fault it. Tried the bistro for lunch and the cheeseburger was amazing. Staff again very friendly and polite. Only disappointment was i paid for the off road experience to be recorded but for some reason it never did. But the guys in the drivers lounge arranged for us to have a 30 minute off road passenger experience with recording and a hot lap round the track and skid pan. It certainly didn't disappoint. Instructors that took us out were brilliant and informative. So very grateful for going above and beyond to make the experience a day to remember. Seeing all the cars from over the years was great. All in all, it's been such great day. Many thanks to everyone at Mercedes World. We will be coming back.
