We stayed one night, as we were attending the luna cinema in the castle. The hotel and room were spotless. All staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome. And on a side note my daughter loved the glass wall in the lifts. We would definitely book again.

Stayed over in Cardiff due to work. First time at the Hilton and really pleased to have stayed there. Room spotless, bathroom squeaky clean. All staff lovely, breakfast was great.

Great location for a city break. Really convenient for the centre of Cardiff and close to shops, bars, restaurants and museums. Helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere.

Very helpful accommodating staff, nothing too much trouble. Lovely comfortable clean rooms, nice large bed and bathrooms with both a bath and a shower. Full English breakfast and choices of continental etc was individually served with full attention to covid restrictions at all times. We will definitely return.
