Beautiful big room, Samsung TV, iron maschine for business stays! Breakfast could have a little more alternatives but it's alright! Can't complaint the location is very very good! (Next to the Cardiff Castle, and city center)

Great location and easy to find parking. The staff here are lovely and attentive and we were made up to be 'guests of the day' Room was clean and bedsheets spotless, teabags do need to be changed to a decent brand though. Some parts of the hotel were tired and in need of repair such as leaking roof and broken lift, however the breakfast was excellent and our experience was amazing. I definitely will choose The Hilton again to stay during our next rugby match and what an honour to meet the Japan team. Thanks all you made me and my boys so happy x

This hotel is so well placed. There are loads of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The ladies at the front desk are well informed, polite, helpful, and professional. The beds are comfortable ensuring good sleep. The curtains are completely black out. The shower is powerful. I only took one star off because of the view out my window, I believe it is the hotels's rubbish site, just look up, not down. To be fair, I didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big issue. This is a great hotel if you have someone at the uni, I was dropping my niece.
